Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting the contact form on the klevunin.ru website, I, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, give my consent to sole proprietor (IP) Kirill Levunin (OGRNIP: 321784700148700, INN: 781425668808; registration number in the Register of operators processing personal data — 78-25-097251; email k@klevunin.ru; hereinafter the "Controller") to process my personal data on the terms set out below.
1. Categories of Personal Data
- Data I voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, email address, contact phone number and message text.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referral source, cookies.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Handling my enquiry and responding to the request submitted through the contact form.
- Contacting me to discuss my project and provide consultations.
- Improving the Site and the quality of services, as well as complying with the requirements of Russian law.
3. Processing Actions and Methods
- Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to service providers — email and hosting providers — to the extent necessary to handle the enquiry, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

4. Validity and Withdrawal
- This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.
- I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to the Controller at the email address k@klevunin.ru.
5. Confirmation
- I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, accept its terms, and that the data I have provided is accurate.
