This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of the klevunin.ru website is processed and protected. By using the Site and submitting data through the contact form, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

  • Data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, email address, phone number and message text.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referral source, cookies.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Handling enquiries and responding to requests submitted through the contact form.
  • Contacting you to discuss your project and provide consultations.
  • Improving the Site and the quality of our services.

4. Legal Basis

  • Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Articles 6 and 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"), which you give by ticking the corresponding checkbox when submitting the contact form, and by accepting cookies and analytics in the consent banner on the Site.
  • This Policy is drafted in line with the current version of Law No. 152-FZ, including the amendments introduced by Federal Law No. 420-FZ of 30.11.2024 (effective 30.05.2025).

5. How We Receive and Share Data

  • Data from the contact form is sent to the controller's email hosted by the Mail.ru email service (VK LLC).
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may only be shared with service providers (email and hosting) that operate the Site, or where required by law.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Consent

  • The Site uses functional cookies to remember your selected interface language and browser local storage (localStorage) to remember your selected theme — these are necessary for the Site to work.
  • For traffic analysis the Site uses Yandex Metrica, which collects anonymized data about visitor behaviour (including the Webvisor session-recording feature) and transfers it to the Yandex service.
  • Analytics cookies and the Yandex Metrica service load only after you have given consent in the cookie banner. No trackers or analytics are loaded before consent is given. You can withdraw consent by clearing cookies and local storage in your browser settings; analytics data is not used for advertising profiling.

7. Retention Period

  • Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the processing purposes or until you withdraw your consent.

8. Data Breach Response

  • If unlawful or accidental transfer (provision, distribution or access) of personal data that infringes data subjects' rights is detected, the controller notifies Roskomnadzor in the manner prescribed by Article 21.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
  • Notification of the incident is sent within 24 hours of its detection, and the results of the internal investigation and the measures taken — within 72 hours.
  • The controller keeps a record of such incidents and takes measures to eliminate their causes and consequences.

9. Your Rights

  • You may request access to your personal data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing by emailing k@klevunin.ru.

10. Data Protection

  • The controller takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

11. Changes to the Policy

  • The controller may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the update date.
